Plaintiff's claim against insolvent bank not entitled to preference. Inasmuch as the evidence shows beyond dispute that plaintiff's money was deposited generally to her credit in a bank, now insolvent, and that the resulting relation was the ordinary one of debtor and creditor, plaintiff is not entitled to have hers allowed as a preferred claim against the bank.
